About the Founder
  Shari Kingston Adams  CEO/Founder

Pioneer. Game Changer. Visionary and Innovator.  All words used to describe this CEO, author and speaker.

However, her career began in the trenches of the organic food and wellness industry over 17 years ago.

"Well before Whole Foods and organic soy lattes.

She specialized in communications (PR, education, writing etc..), marketing, business development, digital media and sales during her long career. Shari was one of the many pioneers who ignited this organic & wellness movement all over North America. Her many projects & relationships with manufacturers, distributors, brokers, doctors, associations,  pharmacies, laboratories, universities and retail stores sparked new frontiers in this once obscure industry.  She learned early on that trying to "sell" these new ideas to skeptical audiences would take too long. She learned to stop selling and instead focused on educating and inspiring excitement in her target market in order to get them to spread the word.

This approached proved to create a movement of loyal followers, who went from being called crazy to cool by mainstream society.

After helping countless brands build their businesses in the organic and wellness industry, Shari turned her sights to new frontiers.  She realized she could easily translate her business growth blueprint of "creating a movement", into any entrepreneurial project, organization or business, that was looking for transformational approaches to their communications, internet media, marketing, sales and business growth.

The Internet Media Movement

After launching her own firm back in 2004 she soon realized the enormous potential the internet had for businesses to grow & expand.  Now it's a vital component to what she does but just like with any tool, knowing how & when to use it determines how much the tool can help you rather than cause you to waste a lot of your time.  Shari has learned that simply showing up to the internet movement doesn't mean you profit from it. Knowing the "how to" is critical to success.

"The internet media movement has created so many more possibilities for organizations that want to start their own movement, but knowing when, how and why to use them, is the new challenge, especially in this economy."
